Dual use

What are Dual Use products or materials.

These are products which, although mainly for civilian use, could also be used for military purposes, such as, for example: valves, pumps, calculators, electronic materials, sensors and lasers, avionics, naval, aerospace materials. It includes all goods (but also their components) that could be used for the design, manufacture or use of nuclear, chemical, biological weapons or their delivery systems. These assets are subject to strict control both for reasons of national interest and for commitments deriving from international understandings and agreements. The list of substances considered Dual Use is present in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1 of the commission of 20 October 2021. How to deal with Dual Use products or materials.

The export (including the related technical and financial assistance) of these products is in some cases not permitted. PROHIBITED, in others it is; subject to prior AUTHORIZATION. The substances marketed by Torchiani srl are to be considered for civil use only and:

• They will NOT be used for the production of chemical or narcotic weapons or any other illegal use;
• They will NOT be sold abroad without legal authorization;
• They will be sold or transferred only to buyers you trust;
• They will be sold or transferred to another buyer who guarantees compliance with the above.
